Shipping policy

All orders will be processed Monday to Friday within 1 to 5 business days of placing your order.

Domestic (Australia)

Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-8 business days. Express shipping takes 1-4 business days.

STANDARD: Flat rate of $10 AUD

EXPRESS: $13-16 AUD

 

International

All standard international orders are shipped with Australia Post, and can be tracked here. Please note that some countries are still experiencing COVID delays, so the below timelines are only a guide:

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL: From $15 AUD

*8-15 business days

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL: From $30 AUD 

*4-8 business days

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. You will receive your tracking details in an email when available, so please check your junk folders! 

It can take 1-3 business days for the status of your order to update online. Rest assured however, that your order has been packed and is on track to arrive within the specified time frames related to your shipping method.

 

Incorrect Address

This will need to be fixed as soon as possible before dispatch to avoid delivery to the incorrect address. To do this, please email us immediately with your order number and correct delivery address.

In cases where you realise you've entered the wrong address after your order has been shipped, the issue needs to be rectified with the shipping provider by yourself as the customer.
